How do you care for your orchids? Have you ever repotted?

Hi Maybelline. I feed occasionally with standard orchid food, they seem to enjoy the bright filtered exposure of my northeast-facing kitchen windowsill, but I haven’t had great luck with repotting. My plants, as you can see, tend to get overgrown and wild looking since I do nothing. There’s an orchid repotting workshop at DIG Gardens Nursery in Santa Cruz I want to attend. I’ve researched the heck out of “orchid repotting”, used “orchid pots” and “orchid bark”, but I need an orchid expert to show me how it’s done. I also want to learn how to train the flower stems better, using stakes and those cute little clips.
"Some of you are unaware of just how amazing you really are. The way you make people laugh, lift others up, or spread some extra love. You do this even though you are struggling too, and I think it makes you such a beautiful human being." ~Unknown
